Yotaki is descendent from a long line of Russian Gypsies. She has lived in the Middle East and North Africa where she studied with Traditional Healers from Morocco and Bedouin tribes. In the United States her work brought her to live and work with various southwestern tribes and traditional native Alaskan and Hawaiian healers.

Yotaki has a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Masters in Ethnic Studies. She is a certified yoga and qigong instructor. Her training includes certification in herbal medicine, homeobotanicals, aromatherapy and the art of Feng Shui.

Walk in Beauty is an original trademarked program for health and balance designed by Yotaki in 1997.
