First purchase a box of kosher salt and sprinkle it around the home. It is important that every corner or hiding spots where dust collects such as under furniture or bookshelves be sprinkled with salt. Now wait 48 hours before cleaning.

On cleaning day begin as close to sunrise as possible. Open all windows and doors. Begin cleaning from the top down. Dust all ceiling trim, all shelves on down to the floor. Don’t forget to dust the undersides of shelves. Negative vibrations will collect just like dust in the dark and hard to reach spaces.

Once you have completed the dusting. Vacuum to your hearts content. Be sure to start with a new clean bag and change it as often as needed.
